What's in every kit, and how we keep it safe for little hands.
Each figure is cast from a safe, non-toxic plaster, sanded smooth in our West Cork workshop before it's packed. It arrives unpainted and ready to decorate.
Every kit includes a small palette of non-toxic, water-based acrylic paint, chosen to be safe for children to use. As with any paint, it isn't intended to be eaten, so we recommend supervising younger children while they paint.
All kits are recommended for children aged 4 and up. Kits contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. Adult supervision is recommended throughout, particularly for younger painters.
Once painted and fully dry, figures can be kept indoors as a decorative piece. They aren't waterproof and aren't intended for outdoor display or as a toy for very young children, since plaster can chip if dropped.
